Blue Tornado shaper cutters manufactured by ValueMax Tools, Inc. is a great value for woodworkers! Extra thick micro-grain carbide is used which results in stronger and longer lasting bits, allows faster feed speeds and smooth cuts, and can be resharpened more times than standard bits. A smooth, full braze on these router bits is the key to keep the tip of the router bit attached to the body during heavy workloads. In addition, the fully-body anti-kickback design provides safer cutting. The router bit body is made from high-strength steel plus heat treated to prevent shanks from bending or breaking. CNC turning and precision sharpening guarantee balance of the router bits which provides smooth cutting performance and longer life. The automotive-type semi-transparent blue finish provides a durable surface.
